I bought one of these 4 years ago, both of my cats could not wait until it was fully assembled to start playing on it. Unfortunately, the first one got damaged in a flood. When I ordered the replacement, my cats were so happy! There is not a day that goes by without them sleeping and playing on it. They use all the levels and they both love the window to look and climb through. It is one of the best designs I've ever seen. It ships well, it is easy to assemble and it looks quite nice.

We originally bought one 5 years ago and our cats love it. I replaced some of the carpets over the years, just normal wear and tear. I ordered the new one with all sisal poles, this should last much longer than just carpet covered poles. The only complaint is it is not as sturdy as the original. The poles are a much smaller diameter than the original, and for that reason, it's not quite as sturdy. But overall, well worth the money and if your cats are anything like mine, they live on this!

Our old tree ruined by hurricane Ian. Got a new one from New Cat Condos, came on time, well made vs other trees we have had, real wood, no plastic joints, came almost ready to use with just two sections to screw together. Would buy again I a heartbeat. Recommend these trees.

The cat tree was in perfect condition when it arrived. It was extremely easy to assemble and sturdy; my medium-sized cat and kitten can jump up and down without issue. They also love the long pole for stretching big and scratching. I love that it is made in the USA with quality materials! Thank you.

Quality Stands

I used to only buy stands from New Cat Condos due to the quality construction/ sisal rope, and sturdiness, but the last couple that I've purchased had nails sticking out, and hardened glue on the carpet. These are great stands, but I do recommend going over all surfaces with your hand so you can remove nails & anything that may cause injury/discomfort. The other thing that has seemed to have changed, is the strong new carpet smell. Lastly, when I put the stand together, there is a gap on the poles where one screws into the other. I thought the issues with the first stand might have been an outlier due to covid circumstances, but now I'm not sure if this is the same company. Nonetheless, the stands are sturdy and liked by my little buddies.

My 3 rd cat condo tree purchase. Not as well made as the other two. The tube perch was so askew when assembled .. not much I could do about it I guess I have to live with it

My cats love it! Easy to assemble. I had to inspect the product for staples sticking out. I had to pull one out that had a very sharp point sticking out and hammer in about 6 more. Oh her wise it’s great!

My cats are young and super athletic and flip all over the cat tree and grab the edges. This is why I inspected for spares sticking out.
