This is my second purchase of a cat tree from New Cat Condos, and I have been equally impressed both times. I have two sister, Siberian cats (10-12lbs). They are young and active. They play with each other on the tree, using the scratching posts (rope and carpet), and sleep on it. Two thumbs up!

I like it overall. It’s a bit wobbly. I think the base is too light. Could be heavier. I was also hoping the underside of the beds would be covered with carpet too, but they are bare plywood. Pretty happy with it.

My 7 mo 7lb+ boy is enjoying this stand; he likes to sleep exactly in the tier where the cat is pictured. There were no protruding staples/nails to remove this time, and the smell was not at all overpowering as it has been in previous covid-time stands. I'm really glad I did not get all sisal rope this time, since my guy enjoys scratching on the carpet posts just as much as the sisal, and I enjoy watching him climb up the tallest carpet post. Yes, there are carpet shreds from the scratching, but it's really minor. I have this stand placed next to the Deluxe Cat Tower, so he can jump from one to the other, as he likes both. I like that these are quality products with both carpet and sisal posts, and I don't have to worry about the stability of the stand, because when my guy has the zoomies, he literally flies on to the stands.

Could use a couple improvements

I got this for my older cat to have ab easier time climbing up the staggered setions. The bottom level is the toughest because it is not as offset as the picture shows. She tends to climb up the scratcher section to get up instead of a running jump. Also the screws on the bottom puece were not flush. I had to cover them is electrical tape to not scratch my hardwood floors. Overall, this is better than my old tree but not perfect.

One of our senior cats, Brutus, simply loves this tree. He climbed up into it even before I had it completed. Best thing was that this was so simple to assemble and setup. The reason I got this was for another one of our senior cats, Gus whose is able to get himself up into the first perch with ease. Well built and they love it.

Large Cat Tree Playground

I bought this for an animal shelter at which I volunteer. It went into one of the catteries, adult cat room. The cats really love it. I bought the sissal on the uprights, since this will be heavily used at the shelter (and every scratching post I've had with carpet on the uprights, I've ended up having to replace with sissal after a couple years). The cats really love it!
