    We have had this Condo for awhile. The build is reasonably good and has held up fairly well. The carpet could have been a bit better. but it's OK. A way to change out the Sisal columns would be great. The chief downside of this particular model is that the base platform in the middle (below the square holed entry into the cylinder) does not stick out quite far enough from the unit. There is no mid point to assist getting to the top. Once the cats are on the top, there is no way to jump to a mid-point to assist in getting down.

    Went together in 5 minutes, cats were all over in it an hour. Would give 5 stars but the carpeting is the shag stuff that comes apart with any cat claw contact, and leaves carpet bits all over the floor. Oh, for the days of cat condos covered with indoor/outdoor carpeting that lasted for years. Overall very good, the cats love it.

    All their products are top of the line quality that can't be matched anywhere else. This is my fourth product purchased and I love them all. My daughter is so impressed she just made an order. The bases are heavy and sturdy so your cats won't knock them over, the carpet is excellent, the sisal scratching posts are great. I would not recommend another company to buy from other than them. AWESOME PRODUCTS!!

    the construction of this cat tree is superior! This cat tree is SOLID! I bought it because we got a new puppy and my poor cats needed a place that they could go to get away from the puppy when she got too boisterous. Needless to say sometimes my cats are in love with this cat tree. at first they weren't entirely sure what to do with it but very quickly learned! Now they run up and down that cat tree many times a day! Initially I had considered tethering it to the wall somehow just add some extra sturdiness considering how tall it was. I can tell you now there is no need! Even with both cats at the top of the tree the thing barely moves! Best constructed cat tree I've ever seen!!!

    My 3 mos old kitten loves it. Navigating the drop from the top is a bit tricky, but he pulls it off. He loves napping in the top cradle. I’m satisfied with my purchase.

    I have had many cat trees over the years and this is by far the sturdiest and best built unit I have ever found. It can take the punishment of multiple cats at a time. It handles my large cats very well. Bookmarked as a favorite site for my fur babies needs. I will be ordering more when the ones I have from other companies need to be disposed of.
