I've purchased several of these perches for my adult cats. They are very sturdy and can withstand a lot of jumping, scratching and lounging. Best lower perches on the market.

Our old cat likes the perch--HOWEVER, The outgassing from either the sisal or the carpet, no one likes, people or cat. I have had to put it in another room/outside in the sun in hopes that the strong chemical odor goes away-sinus issues and headache. If not outside it goes. Too bad, because the perch itself is great.

My beautiful, playful girl loves these perches. I bought her a pink one & a beige one. She uses them to reach the top of her taller New Cat Condos Towers. She also loves to knock her toys from the top perch & watch them bounce down to the ground. While she has no use for the sisal parts, she scratches on the carpeted sections every day.

I purchased two of these perches for two Very Big boys and I couldn't be happier. I had some reservations b/c of some quality complaints but mine are sturdy, have no apparent flaws, and look very nice. And the big thing is, the cats use them! The perches sit on a tile floor and they might need something underneath if they're placed on wood floors. Delivery was quick and NO assembly required, which I love!

This is solid and sturdy perch. Easy for my 18 yr old cat to climb on. Very sturdy, he loves it.

This is probably the most well-made cat perch I have ever bought, and I've purchased quite a few throughout the years. It is solid and durable made with high-quality materials. It also is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and not clunky looking. I'm happy because it fits in with my decor; very sharp-looking. My cat is happy because she gets a new perch from which to look out the window. It's a win-win!

The cat tree is very sturdy and just the right size. My cats love it and it is very nice. My only complaint is it is hard as a rock and needs better carpeting and padding. Also all the screws put in to hold the carpet are overkill and don't look nice. Overall good value.
