    Our cats love this cat tree. It's solid, well built, and sturdy. I love the option to order the posts in sisal, that's a great features. One of our cats is a big guy (17 lbs) and it works well for him.

    We have purchased 2 cat trees from New Cat Condos this year and the quality is top notch. Solid construction, stable, very sturdy, and no odd smells like cheaper mass produced towers. Very easy to put together - you literally just have to screw in one piece and it is all set and ready to go. The cats fit better in this shaped platform than the typical round beds but our kitties like both of them regardless. These are top quality products. You will not be disappointed.

    The top perch is held to the base with a screw. It does not screw in tightly, and a longer screw should have been used. The top perch teeters back and forth when the cats sit on it. They do not like the insecure feeling of the perch wobbling. Very disappointing.

    I could not get the top part to screw in properly. Had to take it apart several times before I had said to Work could go in and stay in. I Try to get a whole customer service there’s no phone number so I email and I never got an answer to this very day. I’ve ordered three over the last seven years from this company and I will never order from you again because you have no customer service.

    The bottom platform is completely crooked. The carpet piles are constantly shedding. I have an older tree from this company that is of much higher quality. I attempted to contact the company and received no response.

    Sturdy but small footprint

    This cat tree replaced one exactly like it that I purchased years ago. I love how it looks and how it holds up. I have 3 cats who are on the larger side…one is 20 lbs so I need to be careful on the size of the tiers. Many others are too small. It doesn’t take up much room but it is extremely sturdy! Please continue to make this one! I love it, as do the kitties!
