Shipment processing time

Order Fulfillment time is the amount of time we may take to make/build your order. Many of our items are stocked and currently inventoried, however there are orders that will not be built until the order is received. In Addition to orders not in inventory, orders with add-on's or any custom requests will not be built until the order is received so the fulfillment time will be a longer duration.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We are currently shipping the majority of our orders with UPS and we use their ground service. We do not offer at this time expedited shipments such as next day or overnight shipping as the cost is extreme for the size of our packages.

We are currently offering Free Shipping for all products, all orders. This does not apply to return shipping of orders. Please see return policy for additional information.

* Delivery is only available for orders with valid, verifiable delivery addresses within the continental United States that is reachable by UPS Ground service without any additional fees.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

New Cat Condos ships to addresses within the continental U.S. only. Do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive an email once your order has been processed by New Cat Condos and this email will contain the tracking information and link to track your package. Once you receive this email with the tracking the order may still be in a fulfillment period but you will be able to track and see the shipping progress once it is picked up from our facility.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental U.S.
