New Cat Condos 45" Solid Wood Cat Tree

This is very well made and very sturdy. It arrived in 2 pieces that were very easy to put together (or so my husband said!). One of our cats has taken to it immediately and looks so comfy, whether she is laying on the base or the first level of seats. The height of the top area is perfect for giving a kitty a chin scratch when I walk by. We paid for all the supports to be rope, and I'm glad we did. The kitties love to scratch at the rope. Very happy with this unit and would not hesitate to re-order. The price was reasonable and it was shipped in a very sturdy box.

I got it with the sisal all the way up the legs and my kitty loves it! He is a big boy and likes to really stretch out and scratch. He can do it without pulling the tree down. He loves the shelves, too!

Looks to be very well built. Won't know what our cat thinks of it until we bring her in. One thing I would wish for, though ... when purchasing the toys with the tree, give an option where they can be attached when the tree is shipped out.

Our cats LOVE this tree! It's extremely well built for our big boys and is exactly what we were looking for in a new tree for them. So glad I found New Cat Condos.

I love this company’s products! We had a cat tree a few years ago they made and I could never find a new one in the pet stores. I had to get a wobbly, cheap, cat tree made by someone else. Cats were okay with it but we hated it. So glad to have researched better and gone directly to the company for this new cat condo. Sooooooo well made and not wobbly at all. My one cat has taken control of the top shelf and sleeps there every day. Will always buy from the cat condo people!!!

This cat tree is stable and not wobbly like the more expensive ones I’ve seen at the pet warehouses. My cat went to it within 1 minute when we set it in front of his favorite window.. I have a 16 lb Ragdoll male and it accommodates him very well. I do wish one of the platforms was just a bit wider for when he chooses to stretch out fully. But honestly no complaints with this cat tree. It’s exactly as it was shown & described. Extremely good quality

Excellent quality! sturdy and simple to assemble the top perch. My two adult cats (9 lbs and 11lbs) spend the majority of their day here now with plenty of room for lounging.

The good: This condo is very sturdy and well made! The carpet is high quality and is soft and plushy. The condo truly came 90% assembled and my cat jumped on it the second we put it upright. The top level was super easy to twist on. Each level is the perfect height for my weak senior cat to jump. Each level is spacious and large enough for him to jump onto comfortably and safely. Similarly he has enough room to completely roll on his side comfortably. The sides of the levels are high enough to prevent my doofus from falling off, but short enough for him to rest his face/paws on. The 2nd level is perfectly aligned with the living room windows and is the perfect height for him to see outside. The bad: The 1st level (bottom) should be slightly more to the right and in alignment with the 3rd level. Most cats are probably fine jumping from the 2nd level to the 1st, but my senior cat has trouble with it because they are so close (he lands his front paws fine right on the edge, but his back end usually flips over his head and he does a somersault off the 1st level because there is not enough room for his butt to land. If your cat knows how to curl their butt underneath them after jumping this will not be an issue). The 3rd level is aligned more to the right than the 1st level, so this is not an issue for cats moving from the 3rd to the 2nd level. The top two levels are the perfect distance from each other. Buyer tips: The picture makes the beige carpet seem slightly more whitish, but beige is actually beige!

All three of my cats sat on this within an hour if it being set up! All three tiers have been used, as well as both verticals for scratching. Success! I was also very pleasantly surprised that the tower isn't "off-gassing" - I expected the carpeting to have that new carpet smell, and that I would need to set the tower outside for a bit for it to become less stinky. Not the case at all!
