I considered sooooo many other products and none seemed to live up to the quality of this cat tree. Certainly nothing on the market is as easy to put together. It's pre assembled so you just twist and turn the top section into the base and you're done. No need for tools. It's balanced and it's sturdy. It's made with good quality sisal and dense pile carpeting. My 2 cats love it. I bought the first tree 4 months ago when the kittens were 9 months old. Then realized I HAD to buy a second one to end them feuding over who could claim the upper perch. It all came down to which one get there first. Never had I seen them swipe at each other before getting that first condo. Now with 2 we have harmony in the house again. My only complaint is the slight amount of carpet shedding, but it is not excessive. I would not consider buying anything else I've seen on the market.

This is the perfect size cat house for a smaller room. It has 3 places to sit on or to lay down and it's perfect for cat naps!! But even better it has a cat cave to hid out in, play or take a nap. It fits perfectly in front of the window so she can lay on the highest perch and look out the window and watch the squirrels and birds out in the back yard. She loves it!! It is very nicely made with good carpeting and a scratching post for her to stretch up to so she can sharpen up her claws. She likes it so much we also ordered her a new "cat cave" for out in our TV room for a new place to hid, play and take naps. We are so happy with this cat house and so is Hemingway!!
