    I purchased the three tiered tree for my friend who adopted two cats. She said it was the best gift she ever got. We now have 4 cats. The adults are large. One weighs 20 lbs and the other one weighs 15 lbs. When the 20 pounder jumps up to the top two tiers, the cat tree shakes a bit. Wish the base was heavier and wider for more stability.

    I was surprised to find it pulled over when I returned from the store an hour later. They had been using it for weeks. I have two cats 12 pounds each and they are 5 years old. Any suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again? No damage to home cats or pole. However it did concern me. I have placed decorative bricks on the bottom to help prevent this from happening again. I might suggest a bigger base for this cat climbing pole.

    Very sturdy. Carpet is of high quality. Very simple to assemble. The only negative side for me is that I have several cats that weigh 20-25 lbs. each and the perches, even though a nice size, are not large enough for them to lay together, which they like to do.

    Absolutely best quality, simple to assemble (huge plus) and love the option to have all posts made with rope instead of carpet. Lasts longer. One last thing I love about this is each round perch is big enough for 2 grown cats to snuggle together. I highly recommend.
