    I wish the lower step was ever so slightly lower for my elderly cat but he still uses it just fine and my more active one is having a blast. The purple color is gorgeous. Plenty sturdy and very easy to assemble.

    If this can handle my 20 pound big boy, it can handle any cat. On most cat trees, only the top level is a good bed, on this tree they are all good beds. They are deep enough to give the cats a hiding spot while they sleep or a spying spot while they observe their house. The layout is very stable with more post and bed down low, and everything in a nice column over the base. All sisal was a good choice for lots of scratching area and tough climbing areas. The layout is also good for encouraging exercise in smaller living spaces.

    Comes unassembled, but takes all of 5 minutes and no tools to put together. I have 9 cats, most are large and they all enjoy this tree. I opted for the all-sisal wraps and would recommend them. This is actually my second tree from New Cat Condos and both trees are designed well, hold up to the punishment of an energetic cat community and are a good value for the money. I have had other trees from other companies over the years and these are better, The cats and I are very satisfied with the New Cat Condos trees; I plan to order my future cat trees from this company.

    My kitty girls and I are very happy with this! Very well made and sturdy. Perches have plenty of room for my large-ish Maine coon mix. It came with extra screws to secure the taller pole to the second-from-top perch, but I didn't bother. You may want to if you have very large and active cats. Assembled very easily with no tools required. I love that it was available in a color (blue) that matches my decor! Overall an excellent value for the price.
