Poor stability

This cat tree had initially caught my eye due to his size, price, and level variation. I like the fact that my cats would have different options of perches to hop around on. When I first assembled it, I noticed that the very top perch was a little wobbly but I didn’t think much of it. Now after having it a few months, it has gradually become more unstable and is now leaning to the side. I’m worried that eventually it will become too unstable for my cats to use and I will have to replace it sooner than expected. All in all I would not recommended this tree unless changes were made in its stability.

Best purchase ever

We have two 1-year old cats that are extremely active, playful and rambunctious. They LOVE their new cat condo. They tear up and down it, chase each other on it, fight and play all over it, and although it does wobble a little, it's holding up very well and strong. The top bed is also their favorite place to sleep.

Less stable than appeared

Looking at the photos it looked like the half pipe helped stabilize the tallest pole. This is not the case, the half pipe and largest pole are separate by about 8-9 inches. So if your cat is fully grown climbing up either the largest pole or the half pipe it will sway. I just put this thing together and I am already trying to figure out the safest way to stabilize the thing so my cats can climb up it without causing the thing to wobble so much. My main concern is after a year or more the wobble will get worse and be the cause of a potential safety issue.
