    Ordered this tower to replace another manufacturer's - their pile was looser and shredded within months. But did notice the pile is not as tight as the Prestige Cat Trees Kitty Condo we ordered in the past. Also, the posts are quite a bit narrower and do sway when our cat just climbs up. She loves to run and fly onto it so, if any suggestions to brace and secure it better, that would be appreciated. Otherwise a very nice tower.

    The cat tower had sharp staples that were a concerned for me regarding my cat cutting her paws. I contacted customer twice and I didn't hear back from anyone. Also the phone number listed is discounected so I cannot recommend this product.

    as soon as we unboxed m and started building the cat tower our kitty jumped right on it. It was simple and very easy to assemble. No tools were necessary. It is a great height. We love how the bed is all the way to the top. I absolutely love the beige color of the carpet. It is very neutral and matches my home decor tones.

    This is a mid quality cat tree. Its good for the price. It will tip.. My cat did it in 10 days. It needs weighted down or anchored to the wall. It has a good amount of rope and lots of play area for my cat. First when I got it I did a carpet shampoo.. It felt kind of chemically and sheddy(carpet). After these tweeks my cat does like it a lot.

    I got it..really quick. It was very easy to put together. I felt it was not weighted enough not to be leaned against a wall. It isn't bad don't get me wrong but it could use a LITTLE more weight in the bottom. Carpet isn't as good as the previous one we bought ( flaking off fibers) and it needs a good shampoo ( kind of chemically). But, once that is done, I can't complain and my cat loves it. It has a good amount of rope.. A good purchase overall.

    The cats love it! I tied the two upper towers together for more stability and tied the entire unit to the wall, also for more stability. I'm glad I didn't need customer support since they don't make their phone # public, and don't answer their emails.

    This is a super strong and good looking cat tree. It was so easy to assemble and it's made out of great materials! I think it's a really nice Cat Condo.

    OMG!! No allens wrench required, I put it together with a broken wrist. Cats LOVE it. The tunnel is a big hit. Everyone gets a turn in the tunnel. Great Quality.
