This is such a well made product. I have four cats and each one has their own level. I have one cat that can't jump so she'll climb to the top using the sturdy pillars. The quality of the carpet is great. The assembly is very easy. I would definitely recommend this tower for any cat parent.

The best cat tree out there!

Reason why I gave only 4 stars was because the rug came with a scent that the cat was not a big fan of. It took some time (weeks), for the cat to use it. Second reason is because the wood poles, once screwed in place, don't line up flush with each other. One of the staples that joins the tapestry together was pertruding significantly, but a simple yank with a pair of pliers fixed it. It did not affect the area. Some carpet filaments are very loose, but that's to be expected. It just took some brushing to clear those out. Other than that, this being the first cat tree I've ever bought, IMO it seems to be from the best build and sturdiness.

Fantastic cat tower

We recently brought in a cat that some neighbors had abandoned when they moved. She's completely unable to get along with, or even be around our 3 dogs, and doesn't really like our other cat. We weren't sure how to make this work, but decided to try to give her a place where she could get away from the other animals. She absolutely loves this tower. She spends the majority of her day in one of the top two levels. Our older cat, who is quite large, loves to hang out on the 2nd level from the floor. The tower was super easy to assemble, and is very sturdy. Luckily, none of the dogs have tried to climb it, but I don't think I need to worry about it breaking if they do. It's all solid wood. I have already recommended this site to others, and I'm so happy with the quality we got for the price. The cats seem to love it too, so it was money well spent. <3 :)

Very well built. All wood and real carpet. Not that fake fur stuff. Workmanship is excellent too. Easy to assemble. When I had a question about my new condo they responded almost immediately and everything was OK.
