Premier Triple Cat Perch — Solid Wood Multi-Tier Platform for Large Cats

My 22 pound cat likes the perch and sleeps on the top Perch. The top perch is not wide enough for him ...that is the only complaint. The perch is sturdy, well made, and was fully assembled.

This is really a high quality, well made, beautiful cat condo that i purchased for my 2 elderly cats (17 y.o and 20 y.o) so to give them a solid and secure perch to easily access looking out of the window. (I even called new cat condos to confirm this being the best choice for my little old ladies). However, the angle of incline is too steep for both of my arthritic cats who (while they can do cat steps with no problem), cannot propel themselves up this tree due to the steep incline and not enough horizontal platform for launch. I'd highly recommend the tree though.. as long as your cat does not have weakness or arthritis in their hind legs or backsides. I should have purchased the 3 steps instead. Live and learn.

My kittens love the post. I wish they loved it more than the rugs and chairs ;-) but they'll learn. It's sturdy, there was no assembly, and the cats have a ball playing on it. I'll likely order another one of NCC's posts/towers.

I have 4 cats that share this. They enjoy the top perch ad it's right at the window height. We all like that! They enjoy scratching on it as well. I did think the top tier would be a bit bigger though. Overall, decent item.

I was looking for a sturdy and good looking cat tree for my two 1.5 year old indoor cats. A cheapo one we had gotten on the internet when they were kittens was not holding up well and it was also ugly as sin. The rope and carpet on this perch are high quality. I am confident it will hold up well for a long time. Both cats were immediately interested. The only thing that would make it better is if the perches were slightly deeper. This is only an issue for my bigger male cat bit he still lounges on it every day. It is highly functional and also aesthetically pleasing. I will be ordering again from this company.

We have ten indoor cats, so I was looking for something they could use as an additional way to get up on our dining table where a group of them will usually gather for choir practice until we give them treats. The style of this condo is like steps, plus it provides four places for the cats to use, including the base. It's made well, priced well, and shipped quickly. I also liked the customer service I received when I asked questions.

We had purchased a ready to assemble cat tree from a large online retailer approx. 9 months ago. It certainly was get what you pay for, and eventually fell apart. We came across New Cat Condos and yes it was more expensive but the great previous reviews of solid craftsmanship and MADE IN USA led us to make the purchase. After having it a week now we are 110% satisfied with the product. Some reviewers talked of a slight glue smell upon opening but we didn't have any of that. Sprayed a little capnip spray on it and our Victoria was very happy. Our cat has a mild case of Feline Cerebellar Hypoplasia (drunken cat syndrome) so we needed something very sturdy, not that high off the ground, and with steps. This design fit our needs very well, and with the quality construction we are very pleased with the purchase. Definitely recommend this company to anyone!!

I wanted this for an older to cat to be able to comfortably get in the windowsill. This was the perfect height. It is very sturdy, well made and the carpet is beautiful. It came assembled, ready for my kitty to use. Easy to order and fast delivery.

This is an amazing piece of kitty furniture! My cat loves using the perch as steps to get on our bed or as a little resting place to preside over the world! The carpet is good quality, and I love that there is sisal on the sides. I thought she would need to get used to the perch before she would use it, but she hopped right on and took it over! Thank you for making such a well-constructed and reasonably priced product.

My kitty Kiwi loves this perch. I bought it primarily to use as stairs to access our bed, but she enjoys just resting on the top perch and surveying the world, too. It's sturdy; the brown color is very neutral and coordinates well with our bedroom furniture and rug; the carpet quality is much better than what one finds on pet store cat furniture; and the multiple perches can serve as steps or resting places.
