Description

Solid Wood Pet Stairs — Gentle Steps for Climbing & Comfort

These sturdy pet stairs are designed to help cats — especially older or larger ones — climb with ease from floor-level to beds, sofas, or high perches. Built with solid wood and thoughtful craftsmanship, these stairs bring stability, safety, and comfort to everyday cat movement.

Why Your Cat (and You) Will Love These Stairs

  • Solid wood construction for long-lasting durability and weight support

  • Wide, deep steps to accommodate large paws and heavy cats

  • Gentle incline to reduce strain on joints — perfect for senior or arthritic cats

  • Adds safe access to higher surfaces (beds, towers, sofas)

  • Finished with non-slip surfaces or carpet for secure footing

Features & Benefits

  • Real wood frame → sturdiness and longevity

  • Spacious steps with traction → better grip, less slipping

  • Helps older or mobility-limited cats stay active and confident

  • Supports cats of all sizes — from small breeds to large Maine Coons

  • Great addition in multi-cat homes to reduce competition for perches

Ideal For

  • Senior or less-mobile cats needing gentle access

  • Multi-cat households where climbing zones are shared

  • Homes with beds/sofas or lofted cat furniture

  • Owners wanting long-lasting, safe, and stable furniture

Pair With for Best Use

  • A nearby cat tree or tower with high perches

  • A cozy bed or window perch at the top of the stairs

  • A scratching post or pad to complement climbing activity

  • Product features natural wood posts that may have cracks or natural defects. These will not effect the strength and integrity of the product. They only contribute to the natural look of the wood

    Most Excellent

Our older, heavier cat wouldn’t get near plastic steps; however, he took to these wooden, carpeted stairs within 15 minutes. Great quality and priced right. Second to none.

    Excellent quality

The risers are a little closer than they appear, so my disabled kitty will need some training to trust them. But over all construction is excellent.

I never buy my cat furniture from anyone else. The quality is amazing and I never have to wonder if I am getting what the pictures show. Great company and great products!

I bought this in case my cat had a problem jumping up to her other cat condo. She likes it.

    Poor Design

The angle is too steep between the two stairs. My 13 year-old cat can’t climb up the two steps safely, without her back being in a position that is not anatomically correct. She will not use them. Waste of money.

These stairs are well made and look terrific. They serve the purpose for my aging kitty to get up to her warming bed on her chair. She knew what they were for as soon as I put them in front of her chair and promptly used them. She and I are very happy with our purchase. Thank you for such a great product.

    Pet steps

I love the products from Cat Condos and have always purchased our cats’ needs (trees, steps) from them. They are very well made. The only issue is that the first step from the ground needs to be wider. It’s difficult for my elderly cat to step up or down on the narrow step. If the integrity of the piece would not be compromised, perhaps the first step could be the same width as the base.

Great stairs at a great price

These stairs were exactly what I was looking for. I bought one a few years ago to help my 15 year old cat get on our bed, and I just bought another to make it easier to get to the first step on her cat tower. She's 14 pounds and the stairs are plenty big for her, but small enough to not get in the way. Before purchasing these, I tried some foam stairs that my cat wouldn't go near - not sturdy enough.
