I’ve ordered from New Cat Condos before so I know they have high quality stuff. I particularly like this model because of the mid way platform. I adopted an older cat and this seems to make the transition up the levels easier. I also like that no tools needed, everything in lined up - just need to screw on pieces. Previous purchases have been as gifts, this one is for me. They have held up great. One last comment: I would recommend the upgrade to scratching rope on all posts. Gives the cats different positions and angles

I really like this tree. I find that the tall pole with the cat seat on top is wobblier than I care for. I didn’t want over crank while screwing it in. When Blackie takes her running leap I see it move a fair bit and cringe. Otherwise, it’s a great tree and both of us like it!

The boys got an upgrade this Christmas! I have one 13lb cat and one 6lb kitten, both busy boys. I chose the pink custom option because I have to look at it, and the gray cat looks marvelous. This is a very sturdy, easy to put together cat tree. My big guy and hit this at a dead run and it doesn't budge. They both loved it right away, and it looks so pretty! The very top perch is carpeted on the underside which is nice. I wish the second perch had this because you can see the bare board, but that's just me. They have been playing/sleeping on it for a few weeks now and I don't have little carpet sheds or anything. Very happy with this purchase!

My mom’s cat loves this, lots of places to scratch, sit or sleep! It arrived on time , was easy to assemble. It’s very well made , excellent quality!

My 8 year old cat loves it. She will run and hit the bed, bounce to the triangular platform & jump to top bed. This the best bed we have had for out cat(s). Thank you!

This cat tree is fabulous. It is well made and beautiful. We both use it all the time. We do not care for condos or cubbies, but this tree is just perches, which we love. It is tall enough that we can keep an eye on everything around us. It is perfect.

Had a hard time finding exactly what I wanted and ended up ordering this. Shipping took a while, and the unit was not really packaged well for shipping (loose parts in a big box) but arrived undamaged. Assembly was very easy. Unit is heavy (this is a good thing), and carpet / sisal quality seems good also. My main issue would be that I have a cat and two dogs - this means the lower circle is not used as it's within range of the dogs, and I would have much preferred that the middle circle be 4" taller, and likewise the top circle 4"+ higher. The triangle shaped piece in the middle I don't think is very useful though it is a necessary connecting piece between the three poles. Just not a great place for my cat to lounge.

Exactly what I wanted and was so thrilled to find that it shipped already mostly assembled. I was prepared to get pieces. :) My foster cats love it. Fantastic value, and I will be purchasing from you again.
