My cat loves it so much he stopped using the old one we have.
Very well constructed overall. I do wish the bottoms of the levels were carpeted however. There were some staples that did not seat well and I had to deal with some sharp ends before putting it out so check all the edges etc before letting your fur buddies use it. It does want to tip backwards due to the top level being offset behind the rest of the unit. So it would be a little unstable unless placed against a wall which I would highly recommend.
This is the perfect size for my 14# older gent. The large lower shelf gives him a stable step up to the higher perch, which is large enough for him to sit or lie on. The construction is very stable. Couldn't ask for more!
The top of thhis perch sits flush with our windowsill; now that it's cold and the heat has to legally be on, our tiny 10-year-old cat likes to sleep on our heater β it's one of those awful hotel-style P-Tac units; i cover the vent with some carpet tile rectangles and beach blankets so the cats can sleep comfortably on it β and when she gets too warm, she sort of lazily moves herself over to the top of the condo, where she can still look out the window and the bolster keeps the draft off (this apartment is so uninsulated.) (we have a foster kitten right now the twins seem to have decided to take responsibility for, otherwise i suspect the little condo would get a lot more action.)
I have 3 big boys and one tiny girl, most cat trees are great for her but my boys need room and sturdy and this fills both needs! I am obsessed with all 4 of the trees/perches I have purchased so far and will be back for more without any doubts! I am replacing all the old trees we have with these. LOVE them all!
There is a spoiled kitty who owns this perch and she loves it. All her toys fit on the middle shelf as she sits on the top perch to view her kingdom.

Big enough for 2 cats to perch on top. Looks exactly like the picture, very good quality!
Love the high quality materials that are used. Its a good size for big cats and great height for them to look out our kitchen windows. Assembly is super easy, just spin and done. The rope is so much better quality that the thin stuff used on our other trees. Thank you for a good and affordable product.
