To qualify for a price match, the comparison must be for the same product and must include the full delivered cost.
That means we compare:
- Product price
- Shipping charges
- Applicable sales tax
Because New Cat Condos does not add extra costs to the product prices shown on our product pages, we evaluate the competitor’s total final price at checkout when reviewing a request.
Price Match Requirements
A price match request must meet the following conditions:

- The lower price must be verifiable at the time of review
