Great product just a little off

Very happy with the tree and the cats love it. It is very sturdy and looks nice. The only thing was the hardware for two of the posts were not center so they lean in and look crooked. They don't align straight so we have to remove and adjust them so they are straight.

Our old cat tree was cheap made, wore out in less than 2 years; and our 4 cats loved playing and sleeping in it. We got this one and immediately it was accepted by the cats, even a swatting match of who gets the top! It is very well made, and real carpet covering. I believe I will be ordering a second one so they ALL can be happy! Very, This one was on sale and it was cheaper than the old worn out CHEAP one we had before! Look for the sales and make your kitty happy!

Our new cat took over the condo we had so to keep fighting to a minimum, we bought this so our other cat had a place to perch. She curls up in all the round levels at different times of the day. The old one was connected with plastic rather than wood and 2 of the levels have broken off so if we have to replace it, we will buy another New Cat Condo product. Check for their Sales.
