    I already have one 3 level Cat Condo and needed another (8 in/out cats). This time I ordered it with sisal on the support posts, much cleaner. My cats love these and they last a long time. Only other tip would be to make sure the top tier is centered good as it can become a little tipsy. Otherwise, good solid climbs.

    I am not pleased with my recent purchase. This is the 5th time I purchased the Premier Cat Tree. The first 3 were great. The last 2 got consecutively poorer in quality. The cat tree I received a week ago has haphazard unsightly seams, areas where the carpet backing is exposed, and seams that don’t meet with exposed edges that can be easily lifted and chewed on. I emailed New Cat Condos a week ago about my purchase and no one has responded. I’m disappointed and will no longer purchase or recommend their products.
