Premier Cat Tree — Solid Wood Multi-Level Tower for Large & Active Cats

This is my second cat condo I’ve gotten. My cats love both of them and use the scratching post portion consistently. The first condo I got was a taller and putting it together was a breeze. Posts were predrilled with metal fitting both male and female to attach them. Very stable. The second post is a bit smaller and I expected the same sort of assembly. This one was not so easy. Instead there was a predrilled center hole in the base post and a center drilled hole in the the top platform. (No metal fitting) 4 brass screws were shoved into the carpet of the top platform sort of centered around the hole. No predrilled holes in either the platform or the base pole for the screws. The center hole was much to wide for the screw diameter so I was confused. I was concerned that if I screwed them in they would split the hole if I got to close and if I was too far away from the center they would be securely fastened. My luck they were closed when I tried calling them for help. I couldn’t find instructions for my post on their web site. So I took a chance and with a hand screwdriver I screwed in the 4 screws...they were about 2.5 in long and doing it by hand was difficult. I have a drill but didn’t want to make a mistake and get the screw either to close or to far from the center. In the end I got it together, it is stable and the cats love it. The next day I got a return phone cal from catcondo’s and they confirmed that the way I mounted the platform was correct. They said they expected customers to use a drill, and directed me to where i could see the instructions on the web site. Couple of suggestions. A. Include a sheet of instructions in the box or a note with a direct link to the on line instructions. B. In the product description include a quick list of what assembly is expected and what tools are necessary. If this were my first purchase I probably wouldn’t purchase again. However, I was so impressed by the ease of assembly of my first larger condo my expectations were high on this second one. I didn’t read the reviews prior to purchase or I would have seen that others have struggled with assembly. I am pretty proud of myself as a 73 year old putting this together by myself! LOL I’ll continue to do business from this company and recommend them to others. Their product is sturdy and well made for the price.

I have now bought 4 of these same cat trees over the last few years and hope to buy at least one more for another room. My cats are big boys and it is very sturdy and won’t tip. They love sleeping in it and scratching it. Love them!

My bengal cats took to the cat condo as soon I put it in my living room. They enjoyed the deep 3 tier levels. They love the thick padded carpeting. I would highly recommend this Cat Condo.

Very solid, stable and sturdy. The only problem is, the top platform is hard to put on. I still haven’t. The top post is solid wood, but no predrilled holes in it. I will need help. First will need to drill holes in the post and then match up the top. Some one will need to hold the top in place while you use a power screwdriver to insert the wood screws. So, out of the box ready, it is not. My kitten doesn’t know any difference, but I do.

I also have your 46" Triple Kitty Tree. My cats love the security of the sides on the beds and the sturdiness of the product. They all want to be on the top bed though, the bottom ones never get used. On this size the middle bed gets used as well. I like the tree because it gets the cats to sleep on something other than my bed. I recommend your products to my fellow rescuers because they are the best made on the market.

I have 2 sweet cats. Graham is 10 pounds and Saltine is 13 pounds. My love-bugs love sleeping in the beds and I love the quality of the tower. The color was perfect. QUALITY: Very sturdy and well made BEDS: Large and deep - I feel confident that they won't fall out. This tower would be great for larger cats.

First ... all 3 cats are happy with our new cat condo! We weren't worried about the little cat (6lbs) but we have two bigger cats that are 15 and 16lbs and one is quite tall. They fit wonderfully well in the carpeted baskets. We had a bit of an issue deciding exactly which way was best to attach the top bed and we did need the automatic drill to screw it in but that said we figured it all out and it is very sturdy. I have one cat that loves to take flying leaps onto the pole and this condo can certainly take it! I also want to comment about the terrific customer service. We had an issue with our condo and it was resolved quickly with two separate options presented. That's customer service! We are very happy with the condo and the company.

Very well made. I have a small cat and she can easily go from one bed to the other. The beds are large enough for a larger cat.
