Large Cat Perch with Scratching Posts – Fully Assembled Solid Wood Design

I’ve ordered 3 cat condos and this one just isn’t up to par. The front of it isn’t even with the back so it slants down. I tried to return exchange it but it’s heavy and expensive to ship back so I’m kinda stuck with it. Not their best work. My cat likes it but it’s not very stable.

i ordered this and paid the few dollars extra for the grey color, i was sent the beige color. i tried to contact support but they haven't responded. my cat likes it though

Finn & Fiona are quite pleased with their new perch. They prefer to be on the top perch, but also enjoy scratching the carpet on the base. Their mom is very happy with the quality.

This is the second Large Cat Condo that I have purchased for Bill The Cat to play and rest on. He is enjoying it very much—he stays mainly on the second level, though. The condos from newcatcondos.com are well-built and very sturdy (Bill is 18 pounds). The carpeting is soft and easy to maintain.

Took longer then expected to arrive, and he ripped the ball off within a week. With that being said the cat loves sitting on it, and it makes him feel like he is really part of the family when we make dinner.

Such great quality, made in the USA and very reasonably priced!! Big perch areas for my big cat!

I love our New Cat Condo cat tower/perch! It's well made and will last. Real carpet, not fur. Real rope, not yarn. Structure is wood, not cardboard, and made to last. The size is right for my big Maine Coon kitties. It is also aesthetically pleasing and isn't an attention grabber. It blends well. The reason the color matches my home so well is that New Cat Condo customer service matches its product. I was called so they could get clarification about what color I would like. My New Cat Condo rep called me back and emailed me and were super conscientious about getting it right. On top of that, when I told her it was for giving my cats a place to perch to avoid being trampled by their newly blind dog sister, they Fed Exed the cat tree to me immediately. I can't say enough positive about this company.

I have a little larger cat than most. He tried getting to the top level and it seemed that he was a little sideways trying. So he stopped trying. I think if the bottom platform and second level was out 2 or 3 more inches, he would be more confident to get to the top level. More room to jump up. I'm sure it's not the condo. Just my large Chucky (cat) having a bit of an issue.

This is a nice, sturdy cat tree. It withstands my cat running into it at 100mph when he's got the zoomies, and it's nice and compact, so it fits well in my small apartment living room. It's a good height to place next to a window for my kitty to get a nice view. The carpet is a nice color, and my cat loves plucking away at it with his claws. My only complaint is that I thought it was going to come with the feather attachment but instead came with a jingle ball. Not a huge deal because my cat likes playing with it, but I bought extra jingle balls thinking that I could swap out the attachable toy. 1) No variety if they're all jingle balls and 2) They actually aren't interchangeable; instead of being attached to a chain that you can swap out, the jingle ball string is stapled into the wood. Overall, very satisfied with this cat tree.

Both my cats can share it. As always sturdiest cat tower out there!
