Large Cat Perch with Scratching Posts – Fully Assembled Solid Wood Design

I've ordered from New Cat Condos before so knew this would be a high quality, sturdy cat tree. I so appreciate (as does the husband) having a tree arrive already assembled & ready to go. Our 2 cats love their new tree. It is not too tall & doesn't take up a lot of floor space. It does just what I need it to do...give the ladies a place to sharpen their claws (on sturdy sisal posts) & lounge peacefully in the sun.

We looked at many cat towers and checked the measurements. We have 3 cats and 2 are large, 15 and 17 pounds each. This tower is exactly as described. Our cats didn't hesitate to climb on. When they immediately jumped up, it didn't wobble at all, because the base is large and stable, especially for the oversized cats. The large lower tier is great for our 14 year old, 15 pound, to climb up to the upper tier, which is window level. It was delivered promptly on time as promised. Two of our cats are a year old and they love the ball that hangs from the upper tier.

Often cat trees and condos that claim they are for large cats are really designed for medium to medium-large rather than for large to extra-large cats. This one is stable enough that my extra-large and energetic cat can jump onto it from a running start without knocking it over -- it doesn't even wobble! And the higher perch is easy enough to access that my overweight, mobility-impaired cat can get up it.

I have two smaller oriental shorthairs. They both can curl up on the top or on the bottom together. Larger cats would have trouble sharing. Mine together weigh 12-13 lbs. I couldn't find a single staple sticking out, the sisal is wrapped really tight, and the carpet is very nuetral. My toy was a ball with a bell - not a feather, thank goodness, as these two destroy feathers in five seconds. It's about table height. I would definitely order again. This is a nice piece for the price.

I had never bought anything this shape and size for our 2 cats (one weighs 15# and the other 9#) before, so I wasn't sure what they would think. Well, they love it and so do I!! This product is extremely well constructed using high quality materials. And, the price is right!

This cat condo is extremely well made, very sturdy! The two perches are even big enough for my large kitty. Love this condo.

LOVE THIS !!! I'm SO happy to finally find a cat tree that accommodates all my kitties..I have 5, a 22 lb Maine Coon mix and 4 others from 8-11 lbs...we LOVE that it's so sturdy with such BIG perches, and the sisal rope is very strong too! It holds up wonderfully for my indoor only kitties. The only improvement I could think of is to have softer material just on the inside the perches if possible...but with other brand cat trees I most often have issues with the carpet falling apart so I do love the sturdy made carpet on this tree! I'm extremely happy with this purchase! We love it:) !!! =^..^=

This tree is great! Such a great price for a sturdy tree, assembled in the US, and with natural sisal, *and* super affordable shipping for something fully assembled. My picky cat really loves it. She’s a horizontal scratcher and hard to please. But now she scratches the tree carpet horizontally to her little heart’s content (and it’s held up great) rather than scratching up the apartment carpet. At 17 lbs, my cat is also very big—tall, long, and a little chubby (working on it), so I hadn’t found a cat tree online I thought would let her lounge and play (without being absolutely huge and expensive). This is actually big enough! She almost fills up the top tier, but she sleeps happily on it and plays on all the tiers. It’s really helping her play more, and it’s by the window, so she loves to bird watch from the top tier. She sleeps on it so much that it also keeps some hair off the furniture. I also wanted a tree made here with more natural sisal, and not made anywhere with sketchy quality/health regs, but couldn’t afford a $200 tree. This one fits my high expectations perfectly! And for an amazing price. If your kitty likes heights (mine loves the ground) you could choose a taller one, too, for more space. This is a great company and a great tree!

My 10 year old cat immediately took to this cat condo. Never did he sleep overnight on his old cat condo. This one he does. There's just enough backing and siding to surround him which must make him feel safe. Extremely with this purchase. Its very sturdy too.
