    Very sturdy nice height to put in front of the window for my catsto look outside. They love to sleep on the top perch. Occasionally they will sleep in the bottom. Wish the bottom was a little bigger. Happy with my purchase.

    Excellent quality product with a great solid feel and carpeted extremely well, especially in the joints and corners. No sway or rocking as the cats climb and play on the tower. Shape is perfect for a corner of a room and window height to allow my pet to guard the backyard from inside the house.

    This is a high quality well constructed cat tree. New Cat Condos somehow manages to put out a superior product and keep prices low. This is my second purchase. I have noticed the carpet used this time seems thinner than before and several of the staples used to attach the carpet were raised and needed to be hammered down to make flush. These are minor issues (4/5 stars) and time will tell if the carpet being used now holds up. I've had the first condo for 10 years and its shows no signs of wear. I recommend New Cat Condo cat trees and condos because they are an excellent product and good value. My cats love their condos and use them everyday.

    I have 3 of them for two cats they like the height because they are at the right level for the best view while looking out the windows.

    I purchased a cheaper tree from another brand thinking it should be ok and was very disappointed. It was flimsy MDF and fake “carpet like” fabric, and my 10lb cat rocked the entire structure just jumping onto it. I immediately bought another tree from new cat condo. The above was as described, sturdy, heavy, and immediately used by my cat. I will not waste my money buying any other cat trees and hope new cat condo continues the same standard for future purchases.

    Great modest-sized cat tree

    Very well made (I got all the support legs in sisal). I like the size as it fits perfectly in a corner, doesn't overwhelm my little living area, and is just the right height for my cats to sit on top and look out the window.

    Great tree for corner or otherwise

    I have 2 cats who both love this tree. Easy height to jump, a foot+ higher than the window ledge, the second shelf, although small, is still a window perch, and a little hidden. The bottom cubby opening is big enough for our larger cats to easy get in. They would not share, but a couple smaller cats or many kittens would fit well. The levels make it multifunctional. It is quite sturdy, perfect for all size cats.
