Premier Corner Roost Cat Tree — Solid Wood Multi-Level Tower for Large & Active Cats

Purchased the brown tree for an 11 year old cat who moved out a year ago. He loves the tree- up, down, in, out. He even hangs upside down. At bedtime, he went back to play more. My dgt loves the color, the style, that it came in one piece AND that her “monkey” had so much fun.

Very well made with features only a kitten would appreciate like a toy ball with bell for playing and a scratching post both accessible on the second level of the 3 level house/condo. Perfect for my 12 week old kitten.

Bought this for my 4 cats and they all love it. Beautiful and sturdy with plenty of room for lounging. Would 100 percent purchase another one if I ever need to.

This is our second cat tree from New Cat Condos. We will only purchase from this company. They quality is unmatched in the cat tree/condo category. We have tossed or donated all other brands we have tried. Amazing value and craftsmanship for the money. Do not hesitate. Also came very quickly. No assembly which is always a big plus. I should add that this is for a 23lb Maine Coon and is the only company that produces a stand that is truly sturdy enough for him.

I have had two of these corner roost cat trees in my screen room for many years. They are a perfect size; even when I'm sitting, they don't obstruct my view of the outdoors. My cats love them. I placed a cat bed on the middle level of each tree, and the cats love to snuggle in. And they like to sit on the top and look out at the birds. After quite a few years, I finally had to replace them. The cats love the new ones just as much.

My cat likes this one because there are two windows in this corner of the room where this perch fits. I chose a gray carpet to blend in with the room and it looks great...just disappears into the room. Well made.

I just bought this for a 2nd time. The cats love the 1st one whiCh is still around and in good shape. I just wanted a 2nd one so we'd have one at each end of a short wall with a tower in between. I was so happy that New Cat was still making this style because it's been about 6 years since I bought my 1st one...Long lasting, sturdy and great quality....These will be with us forever...one cat in particular loves this and nowcan't decide which one to sleep in-he spends part of his day on the tower and then splits time between each of these....Thanks New Cat!!

Excellent construction and quality materials. Had been looking to replace an older cat tree but all the ones sold locally were poorly made. My online research led me to New Cat Condos. So many models to choose from and you can customize. I got exactly what I needed and my cat checked it out as soon as it was out of the box —and it came fully assembled. I’m very satisfied.

I now have 4 Cat Condos from this wonderful company. (Trying to make my cats stay indoors now.) My 9 pound dainty cat can jump on almost anything, but the 13 pound somewhat uncoordinated cat tips over almost everything he tries to get on. But finally he cannot tip over the condos from this place. And what a treat for me that I didn’t have to put it together. I love this place.

This is the perfect height for our corner. Sits just a couple inches above the window sill and our cat love to lay on the top and look out the window. He like to play hide-n-seek in the bottom. Very solid and well made, if I'm ever in need of another, I will buy from here. Thank you
