    My cat loves scratching the carpet on the tree and she likes having all three "floors". The only problem is that the top "floor" is not very well secured and rotates and moves a bit every time my cat climbs on it.

    Great tower for two adult cats. Easy to traverse, wide enough shelves for a large cat to take a nap. Most importantly, it's not too heavy but it's completely stable. No wobbling, especially when placed against the wall so that the cats can look out the window. Good price too. Higher quality and more affordable than worse products at giant pet stores.

    Took little longer to deliver, but COVID-19 more responsible (11 days from AZ to IL) than New Cat Condo in my estimation. Love the construction of the product. Although when turning the top piece onto the post, it ended up a bit crooked but i saw it was the wood that was not aligned when putting on the carpet and the actual top bed. When positioned a bit backward with the entrance slot to the back of the unit, it aligned perfectly. It appears to have been a slight mis-orientation, probably after being dry fit and then taken down to carpet and affix the top bed. I carefully unscrewed it and manipulated it a bit and found a happy medium. My cats love it, The beds are very ample for them to comfortably lay in, to sun, to sleep and to watch the world go by. They scramble up and down it and immediately took to the nice long stretch on the sisal rope (very very securely attached I'd like to add) the un-sissal'd post was also a fave). The Carpet color is very neutral and securely attached. The actually love sitting next to each other on the bottom stand, just high enough at 14" to sit erect with some space above their heads. My cats are Fosters and this will be enjoyed by them and many cats that follow them. I will be recommending NEW CAT CONDO to the shelter I foster out of and to many of my fellow Foster "Moms". Can't find anything close to this quality in the big box stores. Make a Wish? Place a donation page - say 2% or 3% + of a sale goes to the Shelter of your choice. Would have loved to have named NAWS, Mokena IL for the raffle of a Cat Tower. Well if I do Win a tower, i will donate it. They have a Cat room in front of a large bank of windows with bird feeders lining up & down the bank of windows outside - such wonderful Cat TV :) How wonderful it would be to give these babies a place to relax in comfort on one of NEW CAT CONDOS towers instead of a window ledge. Thanks again for the care you take in the construction of these towers. Oh also want to mention, no formaldehyde smell - a little new carpet smell, but that was gone within about 5 minutes after setting up. Thanks again. Love the NEW CAT CONDO in my home.
