    My cat loves this tree. The cutout sides make it easier for her to jump in/out of the large beds. Before I could even get the top bed put on, she had jumped onto the tree and was scratching away. Great service from New Cat Condos, too!

    I ordered a similar tree years ago from this company and my cat tore it up, eventually. This time I ordered sisal rope on all the posts. My cat loves the tree and the rope. And it’s easy for a senior cat to navigate. The build quality is excellent just like the previous tree. I couldn’t be happier.

    The tree itself is well done and stable. I purchased two to provide more perches near the windows for my cats. Like others, I found it inconvenient to need to drill pilot holes in the post and try to line it up with the holes in the perch. Perhaps when the holes are drilled in the perch before shipping, they could extend them into the post and make a very easy assembly when received. I have 6 or 7 other New Cat Condo trees for my cats and always know they will be good quality.

    I used to buy cat condos from big box pet stores, but I was never satisfied with the quality of their products. I recently purchased two condos (different designs) from New Cat Condos and both are made of the highest quality materials, sturdy, very attractive and, best of all, loved by my two cats (who are very picky, of course)!

    Great for big cats - but get the extra sisal!

    This is my second of these cat trees. My cats love this - they are both female ragdolls, 10+ pounds each, not petite! This has been a perfect setup for them for the last 3 years, they love the round size and the wall height is great so let them see out but feel cozy. The reason I replaced the first one is because they had unfortunately clawed the carpet on the post to shreds - so this time I bought the one with sisal on all the posts. Hopefully that means it will last longer! It's the only criticism I have, but was so glad to see the option to add more sisal which perfectly addresses the issue for me! I will also say it's taking some time for the cats to get used to the "new" one, but they are like that with anything "new"! I do think you need an electric screwdriver/drill to properly attach the top level, and the pilot holds were challenging to line up. I do wish it was possible to ship entirely constructed. But that's extremely minor overall in my opinion.

    We ordered the cat cond and my cats love it. The only reason I did I not give it five stars was because the top layer which needed to be screwed in only had one pilot hole instead of three.
