4 tier kitty condo

This kitty condo fit the bill perfectly! Well-made and reasonably priced. New Cat Condos customer service was super-responsive, and helped me with a special request. The shipping box arrived quickly, but was pretty pretty beat up and open. I think it was more a courier issue, but the condo was unharmed inside, easy to put together, and my cats love it! Thank you New Cat Condos!

4 tier tower

My cat is happy in the top tier and approaches from any of the 3 sides not against the wall. She also uses the quality carpet and sissal to scratch. The color is a warm tan and was easy to assemble; I did add 1 of the long screws provided to secure the long leg to the 3rd tier for stability. I had a 3 tier square New Cat Condo prior which was sturdy too; I just wanted to give my cat more exercise in getting up higher. Top quality products.

Solid wood, quality - I am a returning customer several times over. My only disappointment is that it did not come in one piece. Having to screw the pieces together makes it slightly wobbly

This company makes excellent cat trees with real carpet and not that artificial fabric that everyone else is selling for the same price that rips and shreds in an instant this company uses real wood. Best company on the market.

This cat condo is better than any I have seen in stores. It is a tall condo yet very steady wood and real carpet. I put it together in 5 minutes. My cat does not have front claws so most tall condos weren’t a good fit but this one allows her to jump up to each level and each level has a cozy round area for her. I wanted to get her away from our new puppy and even though she’s a bit heavy for 8 years old, there is enough room for me to feed her on the condo. I’m extremely happy with this purchase. If I ever get new kittens I’ll be buying a second style.

My 3 cats absolutely love this, even my 16 senior cat can navigate to the very top. We love it so much we ordered a second one so they can all can a chance at the top. Excellent construction and it took 2 minutes to put the top on.

Cats love it. Really solid. Carpet is not the best quality, but overall very good. Prompt delivery, even in the middle of a pandemic.
