I love the Pagoda design. My cat loves the sleeping room on top and the carpeted pillars to scratch on. He has never been a fan of sisal rope but it's still available to him with this condo. Condo is very well made and doesn't/won't tip over.

Well built but not a practical design. No way to the house on top unless clawed into poles. Poorly laid out idea.

We bought this cat house a couple years back now for our two girls and it is still going strong for them. We did spend the extra $40 for the sisal. For us, it was well worth it as the cats love stretching up the length of all three posts and scratching at any of them. They like using their claws to scurry up them too or just hang from them like they're spider-cats or something ? The sisal is definitely frayed and worn at their favorite spots by now, but fresh or not, all the sisal is still well usable after two years of being one of their favorite toys. We ended up putting the cat post in front of a window, which has turned out to be the perfect spot for it. Luna loves to sprawl out on the peak of the house to look out at the world or just sleep there (no idea how she finds that even remotely comfortable lol) while her big sister, Salem, tends to sit or lay more off to one of the sides (when Luna lets her use it lol) and prefers to sleep inside the house. All in all, this cat house has been a really great purchase for our two girls. We'll definitely be buying one of New Cat Condos' bigger cat posts for them soon.

I love this sturdy cat tree with a house on top and so do all my family’s cats. The smaller size is good for the room where I am keeping it. Each cat was instantly drawn to it as soon as it came in the house. Up, into the house, out. Boom. It gets 4 stars instead of 5 because the color is not the soft blue in the picture but a very bright royal blue. The cats could care less.

the only reason it's so low is because there was a dangerous staple point sticking straight out inside the house that I didn't notice for weeks when I stabbed my fingers on it. It could have really hurt one of my cats, poked their eyes. I removed it and some carpeting came out with it unfortunately. Other than that it's great.
