    Seems to be very well made except for the scratching post being frayed. Pre drilled holes would also have made it easier to assemble.

    Received the new Premier Double Perch Solid Wood Cat Condo in Blue very quickly. It was just what I wanted to replace the one I bought several years ago from this same company that the movers destroyed in our move. Our cat Skyler loves it and went right into the house the minute we placed it in our great room. The color matches our new decor in our new house and the workmanship on it is great.

    Not as sturdy and stable as used to be. Our cats already dropped it twice. After this one of them refuses to go up on this tree. Previously we had a similar product from this manufacturer, and the materials were of better quality.

    Well constructed Cat condo that is stylish and functional. Perfect height for the a Cat to look out the window. If you cat loves to hide he will like the house. The house is warm in the winter and makes the Cat very cozy.

    This cat condo is a perfect size and is made out of good quality carpeting. Gives our cats the option of going into the "cave" or curling up on top.

    The cat Condo fits very nicely in its designated spot. I love it and more importantly, my cat loves does too. My only concern is the angle at which six of the screws are to be attached, three to each perch. I was unable to secure them deep enough and with the edge of each screw, being at an angle, I was afraid they would injure my cat or make it uncomfortable for her to sit or lay on either one. So far it is working nicely with just one screw in each and I plan to keep it and make the perch a little more secure. Other than that, it is a well designed and well made product as far as I am concerned. J. Stoddard
