Our Premier Window Perch is one of our most cost-effective pieces of cat furniture that we've created for you here at New Cat Condos! Its bi-level design features a circular cradle bed at the bottom, as well as a hammock shaped perch at the top for lounging. It also comes with a sisal rope scratch post to promote healthy nails and scratching behaviors. With its easy maneuverability, this window perch has a variety of uses! It can be placed next to a window for hours of entertainment and sun bathing, or it can be used as a behavioral deterrence in areas that have been damaged by your feisty feline's claws! Medium in size, this cat tree is perfect for apartments and small spaces, while still being large enough to accomodate a multi-cat home! Comes in five colors to suit any decor. All of our cat furniture comes pre-assembled, and is handcrafted in the USA. The Premier Window Perch is a compact yet feature rich option at an affordable price point. Coming in at 31 inches in height, the Premier Window Perch features an elevated round cat bed with entry notch for easy access, a scratching post wrapped in unoiled sisal rope, two carpeted scratching posts, and a u shaped hammock style perch up top. Combine that with a solid wood construction and a weighted bottom for added stability and you’ve got a cat perch that has the best options on one compact and unique form factor. I love the New Cat Condo products. They are so well made. My 6 yr old cat loved it immediately. The only reason I didn't date this as 5 stars is the round perch has the post running down the side taking away from the space to curl up. My cat is really long (part Main Coon). I would love for the top perch to be longer as he hangs off when he stretches out.

I replaced multiple cat perches lost in a fire and all of the five perches I bought are of quality construction, and they look classy as well. Our three cats like them all. This one is good to place by a window.

Perfect size and great quality

I didn't want one of those massive cat condos that takes over the living room. I found this one online and not only was it not the typical 'beige', I had a color choice, and I selected the blue. Goes great with the house, and of course, the best part is, the cats love it.
