    i have been looking for a long time for a solid wood structure. nobody makes them anymore. and the ones you really have to put together do not hold up long. this product can 99% assembled only had to add the top part of the tower.

    Wonderful experience! I placed an order late on a Wednesday and UPS delivered it at lunch the following Monday. Very well and extremely easy to assemble; just screw in the top piece. My 2-year female was in the top before I had finished screwing it in. My 13-year old male has claimed the top of the condo and my 15-year old female has claimed the inside of the condo. All cats will visit all levels. Very little "new carpet" smell. The 15-year old female has allergies and it hasn't bothered her a bit. Couldn't be happier with the product.

    My new adopted kitty needed a cat tree and I was having a hard time finding ones that weren't made out of felt and cardboard. New Cat Condos has the perfect variety of sizes, shapes, and colors of cat trees. Our kitty loves laying on the bottom and middle platforms and its' height makes for a perfect playground! I picked this one specifically because the top platform meets our window sills so our fur baby can look out the window or venture onto the sill. I would definitely purchase cat accessories from New Cat Condos again!

    We donated my cat's perfectly sized old tree from Petsmart last month due to a move and felt terrible. We decided to buy him a new tree for the new place and since he is a bigger kitty (not Maine Coon size, not overweight, just big, ~14lbs) I wanted to find him a tree he'd be comfortable in, like his old one, but I wanted more levels for him to get on. We looked at Petsmart, Petco, Amazon, etc, but couldn't find one that felt right or was in the budget for what we were looking for. Some Maine Coon owners on reddit were recommending New Cat Condos for bigger cats and I admit I was a little skeptical. I ordered it and when it arrived a week or so later, I hadn't even taken it fully out of the box and my cat was all over it. I set it up and the rest is history. It's just the right size for him. He uses it all day, every day, way more than his old tree. I couldn't be happier with the product or company

    I wanted to get a new cat condo for my 11 year old, 13 pound cat, so that there would be one at my house and one at my boyfriend's house for her. I'd looked on other sites, and actually saw New Cat Condos on another site for more cost. Since I wasn't getting answers to my questions, I did a search and found this actual site, and I'm glad I did! This one was suggested by the company, when I told them what I was looking for. It's a new one for them. It has less depth in the beds (3" inside), just like her other condo so she can easily look out while lounging, but is wider for her to stretch out more. It is a bit taller, and has that nifty house on the bottom. It arrived yesterday. This new design is VERY easy to assemble. I was here when UPS arrived, so he dropped it in my hallway for me rather than leaving it on the porch. I was able to unpack it, and easily screw in the top perch. No tools needed. I'm just over 5 feet tall. If I can do it, almost anyone can! Great idea! As soon as I had it put together and before I moved it to the window, Bast was already investigating it. She got on all perches, and went into the house 3 times. Since I moved it, she is completely ignoring the old one, which is right next to it, the one that smells like her and the cat we miss (Cleo died in June). I am pleased. I almost can't get her off of it to sit on my lap! I love that these condos are American made. It's solid. My only suggestion would be to put the scratching post all the way to the bottom. It's probably going to be OK for Bast since she's a big cat, but for shorter cats or kittens, I'd suggest it start lower. Highly recommend the company and the cat condo!!! Thank you!
