    My cats love it. As others said, it might be a bit harder for older cats to go up and down due to the small "landing footprint" of each level, but my older cat has had no problems so far.

    Great Quality - Steps too Narrow for Bigger Kitty

    I was excited to get this for my cat. It is really sturdy and well-made, but my 9 year old kitty is just a bit too big (12.5 lbs) and not agile enough to maneuver the steps. I gave it to my niece for her daughter's new kitten. The kitten immediately scampered to the top and loves it!! Perfect refuge when she needs an escape/quiet time away from the kids. I will look at ordering one with steps a bit more suitable for my cat.

    My cat LOVES this tower. I bought it for her when I was moving apartments and fostering a dog, and this provided her with a great sense of security through the transition. Having somewhere that was her place where she could get above everything seemed to give her much-needed confidence, as she's a timid cat. Since day one, she spends at least half of her time sleeping, playing and climbing on it. It's sturdy and has held up well in the six months I've had it. It wobbles slightly when she takes flying leaps to climb up it, but thankfully she's only 7 pounds, and it has never come close to tipping over. She also never scratches the couch or carpet since having the tower. I would absolutely recommend it!

    Good: Excellent company to deal with Very good quality product Design looks good in a contemporary living room (less circus-like being very square and uniform) Bad: Consistent with another review, the staggering of the platforms is not enough for cats to easily get down. Would only recommend for young and/or very athletic cats. I actually modified the platforms (cut portions out and re-attached the carpet) so the cats can climb down without falling. Would suggest the design gets modified in this way and I am happy to send photos. Would definitely buy from this company again.

    This tower is solidly built and looks nice, but our 11 yr old cat has a hard time getting down from it. She needs a little more space on each landing. The "steps" are too narrow for her.

    Sturdy cat condo

    I like this cat condo because it seems to be heavier and weighted at the bottom. The condo does not fall over when the cats jump on it, which happens with cat trees from pet smart and pet co. I appreciate the sturdiness of it and it was a good price. Very reasonable compared to the cat trees on the market currently. I also did not want a tree I had to put together, as they do not seem to be as heavy as the ones that come assembled. My 7 kitties love it.
