Made nicely and well worth the money. If you have cat that likes to run up it to the top shelf, it can be a little shaky. Still worth all the money.

Saw some not so hot reviews by people who are clearly out of their minds. This cat tree is awesome! My cats took to it right away and it was super easy to put together. It’s perfect for larger cats and it’s got some weight to it. Not sure why all the other cat trees on the market are built for kittens and small cats but this one has room to spare for my pork chop butts!!

The Premier Cat Condo is very sturdy and well made. My cats love it. We wanted a climber that would accommodate carpet replacement. My climbers get shredded and being able to recover them in new carpet is a great feature.

Ok for smaller cats

My smaller cars like it but my large cat won't sleep in it. I wish it didn't have the cut out on each one. That's the issue for my larger cat.

Purr-fect cat tree for elder cat

This cat tree worked out perfect for our older cat. The ledges are spaced just far enough apart to allow him to climb from one level to the next. He loves it and spends a good portion of his day in it. Great cat tree!

We have purchased 5 of these Cat Condos, 2 as gifts to other members of our family. They are well made and the beds are spacious for our 2 Ragdoll cats. Because our cats like to scratch on the posts, we upgraded the last one we ordered to all sisal posts.

Good construction, very solid. Good craftsmanship. However the space between the bottom tray and the middle needs to be farther outward. The cat can go up but not down without falling over.

This is a good product and would have been better if the outward spacing were planned better.

My cats inspected and immediately approved! Well made and very stable, even for two crazed kittens. Yes, it would be nicer if the top tier were easier to attach but still... My kitties and I highly recommend!
