    I have purchased most all of my scratcher/condo combos here. I'm a little disappointed with the top piece not screwing on straight and it is a bit small for my girl. Color and sturdiness are the best as usual. I'll be back, this just won't be my choice next time.

    I brought the Spiral Cat Tree for my 17 pound flame point Siamese, Charlie. He isn’t fat, just large!!! The tree is very sturdy and well-made. I recommend any products from New Cat Condos. I also purchased a taller one for Charlie’s brother, Steve, which he loves!!!

    I bought this for our older cat (11+ y.o.) that was having trouble with big steps/jumps. She loves this condo. The shortened height of the steps makes it easier for her go up & down. She likes snuggling into the top pedestal - we added extra cushioning for her comfort.

    I have 3 cats, 1 of which is a senior with some joint pain. I bought this for her because she always wants me to pick her up while I'm working at my desk and I'd just rather her climb up herself when she wants. This cat tree is also the perfect height. The box arrived today, slightly damaged but everything on the inside was fine. I was pleased to discover that the entire thing was assembled. I only had to screw on the top so set up took less than 5 minutes. All 3 cats took to it immediately. Unfortunately, the cat I bought it for was too slow and one of the other cats claimed the top sleeping level, but she was staring the other cat down hoping she'd to the right thing. Now she's purched on the second step. That being said, she used the steps several times to get up and down from my desk, so I think she'll claim the top spot once it's vacant. I've only had this for a couple of hours but it seems sturdy, the gray carpet is a pleasant color and what you would expect from carpet. The 3rd cat immediately started to scratch it too, so I view this purchase as a success. It's a good price on sale so I may buy more. I would recommend this product.
