    I bought two of these but the first one is falling apart the smaller saddle flops around on the post now, wish I could get a replacement for it.

    Great product. I would advise adding rope to the tall tower on the second level, our cat tends to sharpen her claws there instead of the lower level. It was an easy fix with adding rope to that section. Love this tower!

    Quality made with wood not cardboard. I’d buy another larger when the time comes. I have huge cats!

    Very well made. Most of it arrived assembled so there were only a few things for me to put together when it arrived. Cats have checked it out thoroughly and picked their favorite spots. For the money, this is a far better cat tree/condo compared to the subpar trees/condos I see on other popular sites. Really glad I stumbled upon this brand. I ordered directly from the manufacturer and I am very pleased with the product. I would definitely recommend this tree if you are in the market.

    Easy to assemble in minutes and great design but the carpet comes off easily so I have carpet threads all over my house. That’s the big down fall. But it’s sturdy and great design. I’m just really bummed about all the carpet threads around my house.

    I have told everyone about this company. The cat trees are solid wood and real nice quality carpet. This one is very sturdy but the base is a bit smaller than our previous cat tower. So when my cat jumps on it, it shakes a little more than she’s used to. So she won’t get on it. So now the other cat has two new cat trees (I had bought her one too)

    I love this condo. I got it for 1cat. I seached all over the internet to find it. The cat condos are being made with crappy looking fur now. This web site is the only 1 that makes them with carpet. It took long to deliver it and I live close by.

    Great Cat Tree! But...

    Our cats love this tree, but I wish the platform second from the top had extra support like the top one does. Our cats our large (the largest being 20 pounds) and the platform tends to sag since it is not supported by much when compared to the other platforms.

    This product is well made and excellent quality. It was easy to assemble with no problems.. Item 190165 is very easy to overtighten when putting on the top seat it locked the entire thing in place.

    The upper sitters which is for bigger cats is too high so the larger cats cant get up there. All curved sitters should be the same.
