Kitty Mansion – Handcrafted Solid-Wood Cat Condo for Large & Multi-Cat Households

This is my second tree I've bought from this company and I love it. It's top notch work and my cat loves it!

I can't say enough about this or the 4 items I have purchased from Nee Cat Condos. High quality products that any cat will love to play on and sleep in. At least my 2 older cats love them. As soon as I pulled it out of the box they were all over it. You can tell they were happy as they were purring as they were playing!

So before purchasing from New Cat Condos, I bought a cat tower on Amazon from some random company. I didn't know at the time that not all cat towers are created equal. I had it for 6 months before it started to wear and fall apart. The top portion even came off and I couldn't re-attach it. This is when I started reading blogs and researching online and found that not all towers are the same quality. Now my cat is 12 lbs, he's solid muscle and very long,so he needs a big place to sleep and a sturdy tower, the old one I had one manufactured wood, basically compressed cardboard and the carpet was cheap. New Cat Condos uses real carpet and solid wood, which is what I needed before I knew I needed it. Lol. The Kitty Mansion is great because it not only has a place to hid, it also has a large perch on top to fit my bigger cat. He was using this tower within the first hour I had it home. It's very tall and he loves being up high so he can survey his lands. Seems to be kitty approved already. But I love the solid construction and just the whole design, it is very well thought out and well crafted. I also love that it was fully assembled and I didn't need to put it together myself, that is such a pain. Plus ordering from the actual company website was cheaper than Amazon, and I was able to get it in the color I wanted too. Shipping was easy and quick! I've only had it a few days and I'm very impressed. Unlike the previous tower, I feel like it will actually last. And the price was very reasonable for the quality of the product you're getting. I think I spent $60 on the other condo that only lasted 6 months, this was under $200 and I can tell will hold up way better. Too bad I didn't find NCC first! I like that it's taller rather than wider so it doesn't take up a ton of floor space, I live in a small apartment so my space is a commodity. And my cat loves to run full speed at it and jump so it's great that it's heavy at it won't fall over due to kitty acrobatics. The only change I might recommend is having a larger bottom base and a larger platform base for the cave, there isn't a lot of space for my cat to jump from that's just me nitpicking, he doesn't seem to have issues getting to the top. But my guy is young, only 1, so an older cat may have some issues. I also regret not getting a second sisal rope added on the bottom because of where it sits in my apartment, it's hard to access for scratching, but that's my fault so if you're debating just get it. I would highly recommend this company, they have designed a product with your cat in mind and it shows. Thank you!

My cats love this cat tree! The only improvement I could see would be a ladder from the floor to the 1st platform for the more rotund members of our feline families. Very sturdy! Very well made! Thanks!

We now own 4 products from NewCat Condos, the Kitty Mansion, two vertical scratching posts and the angled scratching post. All of them are excellently crafted and extremely sturdy. These are much better than anything we've ever purchased from a pet store and 100% assembled when the arrive. Our Bengal Cats absolutely love climbing, scratching and playing on their new toys from NewCat Condos. I could barely get the out of the box before they were climbing all over them. We will be ordering more for other areas in our home!

This Kitty Mansion was already assembled so a mechanical idiot like myself did not have to worry about assembling it. My cats use it frequently and really enjoy it. They use it as a place to scratch as well as a place to climb and rest. I am very pleased with this product, and my cats are too.

My cat loves this cat tree! She was immediately attracted to it when we brought it in and now spends the majority of her time in it. She has always been high energy and a climber so this tree is perfect she can jump and climb from level to level and take naps comfortably when she has worn herself out. It is very sturdy and I feel like it will last a long time

My three cats love their new cat tree. They immediately started climbing it after I removed it from the box. My youngest, who is a year old, has been sleeping on the very top every night. I am so glad I had all the posts wrapped with the sisal rope. They love to scratch on the posts instead of my furniture. It is the sturdiest tree I have ever bought. It's also nice that it is in one piece...no assembly required on my part.

Excellent quality. Very well made and not flimsy. Quality rug material used.
