Solid wood cat furniture handcrafted for large cats and multi-cat homes.
Standing 53 inches tall, this carpeted cat scratching post allows cats to stretch naturally from paws to tail while satisfying their instinct to scratch. The extra height encourages full-body extension, helping support healthy muscles, claw maintenance, and daily exercise.
Built with a solid wood core and wrapped in plush household-grade carpet, it's designed to withstand years of everyday scratching from active cats without wobbling or tipping.
Unlike shorter scratching posts that limit movement, this design allows cats to fully extend their bodies while scratching.
Benefits include:
For cats that naturally scratch doors, furniture, or walls, the additional height provides a much more appropriate alternative.
Large cats generate tremendous force while scratching.
That's why this post is handcrafted using:
Whether you own a Maine Coon, Ragdoll, Bengal, or simply a cat that loves to scratch aggressively, this post is built for dependable everyday use.
While many scratching posts use sisal rope, many cats naturally prefer carpet.
A carpeted scratching post provides:
For cats that consistently scratch carpeted areas of the home, providing a dedicated carpet scratching surface often helps redirect that behavior toward an appropriate outlet.
Many cats naturally enjoy scratching carpet because it provides familiar texture and excellent traction. A carpeted scratching post gives cats an appropriate place to satisfy that instinct while helping protect household furniture.
Yes. Standing 53 inches tall, this scratching post allows most large cats to fully stretch while scratching, promoting healthy muscles, joints, and claw maintenance.
Absolutely. It is handcrafted using solid wood construction and a stable base designed to resist wobbling during vigorous scratching and stretching.
For best results, position it near furniture your cat currently scratches, beside a favorite resting area, or close to a cat tree or window perch where your cat naturally spends time.

My two cats are really enjoying their new cat tree. They will sleep together on top, and they are good sized cats! They really like the open tube too!

This tree/condo is sturdy. My cat Crystal is rambunchous at times and can rock it just a little. The base is wide so I don't worry. This is the third tree /condo I have purchased from New Cat. They have all been well loved.

We got this cat tree as a test to see the quality and we love it! Our cat fell asleep on it immediately. So we ordered two more for other rooms in our house. Our old cat trees had the faux fur and were just awful. But this is solid wood and super sturdy!

I love your cat condos. This is the second one I purchased because my cats all want to be in the tunnel. I saw all 3 cats in there one day & there were body parts hanging out all 3 openings until Gracie got pushed out the back. I ordered another one to get a second tunnel. The only issue is that I wanted the tunnel up top but the round piece was to wide to fit on the lower section. If you would move the poles 2 inches father apart then I could put the tunnel up top & the 2 pieces would be interchangable.

Our cats are loving their new tower! It is sturdy and big enough even for our biggest boy. All three cats enjoy taking turns on all three levels. Thanks for an excellent product!
